CS-Cleaner is a neutral system cleaner for use in coolant circuits of machine tools and spindle cooling systems.
Because of an innovative additive with out biocides, CS-CLEANER does not fall into the category of biocidal products and can be used around the world without any restrictions.

Field of Application
CS-CLEANER is well suited for removing residual sludge and other contaminant in coolant circuits.
Application
48 hours before replacing the coolant, add 3% (based on system volume) of CS-CLEANER. For heavily fouled cooling systems, we recommend leaving the CS-CLEANER in the system for as much as 72 hours. After adding the system cleaner, machine may continue as usual with out interruptions.
Important notes
• Prior to refilling the cooling system, typical residual sludge like solid fungus remains must be removed mechanically.
• Applicable for water-miscible coolants.
